What products do New Wave Display offers?
We have a wide range of comprehensive pull up banners & displays of the highest quality. Basically, all sorts of exhibition products and accessories that you need in your trade show.
Can I rent the products instead of buying?
Most of the products are only for sales. However, there are a couple of products up for rental by popular demand. They are usually bulkier items, for example : Exhibition/ poster panel system, TV stand & TV and backdrop. Look out for more products for Rental.
Are your goods ready-stock or do I need to order and wait for them?
We usually order quality goods in quantity to ensure we have the best price. We have a rather good sized warehouse where we store our goods. We believe that in having our warehouse near the office where we work, we can cut down the time use for transportation, therefore complete the end product in a shorter time.
Is delivery included for every order?
Free delivery is provided for purchase of $350 and above. However, we do provide delivery services as well if required. Price starts from $40 onwards
Do you deliver overseas?
We help to arrange for courier service thru DHL or TNT which usually takes 2-5 working days depending on country area.
Does your products come with warranty?
Some of our products do come with warranty. Do check with our sales representative before purchasing.
Do you do in house printing?
Yes of course! We use only the best printing machine in the industry and make sure we achieve the best color matching possible.
Why are your products so expensive?
Because we don’t import cheap and defected products like most of the other company that don’t go through proper QC and probably wouldn’t last you till the next round of exhibition. Not only are we very careful with our suppliers, we do our checks and testing of every products before we deliver it to our customers.
Do you do graphic designing for the customers’ products?
We have our own in house design team and been providing our prestige client with many wonderful design that they are extremely happy with. Do request for a portfolio if required.
I bought the product, but I do not know how to install. What should I do?
We have a series of support and one of the easier way is to view our help video. New Wave TV shows you step by step how to assemble your products. If you still have problems, do call or email us. We would be more than happy to help you out!
Do you provide installation or set up?
We provide installation for acrylic wall frames, snap frames etc. We also provide set up of our exhibition panels and all the products that you see from our website. There will however be a nominal charges if you require us to do it after the first event.
Where are your products from?
It’s mainly from China (which product doesn’t right?). Some of the products come from UK, Australia and Europe but the product origin of Country could still be China.
