As the business grow, we think that there’s a need to increase our office size. We need more space to store our goods, and we need more space to desk more of our people. We explored high and low in search for an ideal place and finally managed to shortlist some office space.
Blk 20 Woodlands : Medium size, Acceptable rental price, Easy access to expressway.
157 Sin Ming Road : Medium Size, High rental, Central of Singapore
Toa Payoh : Small size, High rental, Good location
Tuas : Big Size, Acceptable rental price, don’t like the location
Tampinese : Big Size, Slightly higher price, nice location , but its also at the other end of Singapore.
We then asked ourselves what our priority is. Rental price is always the hot topic, so we shall skip that. Now is it the space or the location? Our contract with the current office is due soon. We need to make the decision fast so that there’s enough time to tackle with the stocks.
